Pricing Menu
You pay for the space your items take up. Most single items and small jobs fit in our pickup truck bed. Bigger jobs are priced by fractions of a 7×14 dump trailer load (about 15 cubic yards), and we book a trailer just for your job. Labor, loading, sweep-up and disposal for standard household junk are included. All prices are "starting at"; your final price is confirmed on site before we lift anything.

Trailer jobs are reserved with a 50% deposit (balance due when the job is done). Additional full loads on the same job start at $579. Volume prices include up to about 1 ton per 7.5 yd³; heavier loads are billed as heavy material.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you price junk removal?
By how much space your items take up, from a single item or a pickup-truck-bed load up to a full ~15 cubic yard trailer load. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt and tile are priced by weight. You'll get a range from your photos, and the final price is confirmed on site before we start.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If items are outside or accessible (garage, curb, porch) and you've approved the quote, we can do a no-contact pickup and send before-and-after photos.
What won't you take?
We can't haul hazardous materials such as asbestos, paint and chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, medical waste or biohazards. Ask us and we'll point you to the right county drop-off.
Do you really offer same-day service?
Yes, when the schedule allows. Text us photos early in the day for the best chance at a same-day slot. Next-day is usually available.
What happens to my stuff?
We donate usable furniture and household goods to local charities, recycle metal and electronics, and take only what's left to licensed county disposal facilities.
Do you work with realtors, property managers and contractors?
Absolutely. We offer partner pricing, fast unit turnovers and invoicing for repeat clients. Call, text or email to set it up.
How do I pay?
Cash, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo, paid when the job is done. Jobs that need a trailer are reserved with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due at completion.
